BiGGAR Economics Limited is an independent economic development consultancy based just outside Edinburgh providing a range of services for central and local government, economic development agencies, other government agencies, universities and private sector firms across the UK. The consultancy was founded in 2002 by Graeme Blackett and Aileen Hamilton.
